Super Healthy Banana Cinnamon Oatmeal Cookies

Just made some of these yummy bites today and they're best eaten after getting out of the oven . HEAAVVEENN!!

No butter, no sugar, no flour, just wholesome cookies. HMMMM :P~

Ingredients

3 ripe bananas – 300 cal

2 cups oatmeal – 300 cal

¼ cup skim milk – 125 cal

1 egg – 80 cal

½ tsp vanilla – 5 cal

1 ½ tablespoons honey – 90 cal

2 teaspoons cinnamon – 15 cal

¼ cup dark choco chips (instead of cinnamon)

Total calories: 915 calories (no choco chips)

1.) Mash ripe bananas with milk.

2.) Mix in egg, vanilla, and honey.

3.) Add oat flour and cinnamon

4.) Chill the dough in the freezer for half an hour

5.) Slightly grease a cookie tray with olive oil spray

6.) Scoop spoonfuls of the dough in the tray and start baking!

Oven temperature at 180 c.

Take out your cookies a little undercooked if you want them to be chewy. Cook them a little longer for a crispier bite.

Ideal number of cookies: 25 cookies

With only 40 calories for each cookie that you and your heart will love, talk about YUM!

PS. They're actually little breads hidden in cookies :D ♥
