Addicted to Apple and Cinnamon

Because of random experiment, I found a new recipe [is this considered a recipe? But anyway] to love everyday. My long lost love. HUH? =))))))))))))

So how did I came to such experiment? Well, since there's a huge box of Special K on the kitchen table waiting for me, I tried really hard to think of a way of eating cereals without milk but isn't too dry to be eating with a spoon. Well, trying to watch calories hihihihi. Here it is:

Ingredients:
1 cup Special K original cereal - 120 cal
1 apple - 80 cal
1 pack Splenda - 0 cal
Cinnamon

How-to:
1.) Chop apple into cubes. Sprinkle with splenda and cinnamon.
2.) Add in half of the cereal.
3.) Pop in the microwave for 1 minute at high.
4.) Mix to incorporate ingredients very nicely.
5.) Place it back into the microwave and set for another 20 seconds.
6.) Get your yummy cinnamony treat. Add the remaining cereal. Mix. VOILA!

That's it! With only 200 calories, you already have a chewy, sticky, with-a-little-crunch, cinnamony, fruity, and of course a super duper healthy cereal treat! GOODNESS.
