Microwave Cinnamon French Toast

Zero egg, flour, and sugar brunch you’ll love J

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana – 100 cal

A dash of cinnamon – 5 cal (or more if you love this spice)

2 slices whole wheat bread – 160 cal

1 sachet splenda – 0 cal (optional)

Slices of fruits (optional, for toppings)

Total calories: 265 cal (without fruit toppings)

1.) Add A LITTLE water in your banana and mash it with a fork or a blender. Mash it until it begins to have a runny consistency (a consistency that isn’t like that of water but thinner than that of honey). Add more water if needed.

2.) Mix in cinnamon and splenda into your mashed banana. Set aside.

3.) Meanwhile, toast whole wheat bread in an oven toaster just until it starts to brown a little. [nicely toasted]

4.) Dip the toasted bread into the banana mixture. Coat it very nicely.

5.) Microwave for about a minute of less.

6.) Top with desired fruit.

VOILA! YUMMY, indeed J Though this is ideal for breakfast or brunch, I love to eat this anytime of the day HAHA.
